How We Work

Best Practice

A reputation for best practice

Beard is a modern and progressive company with management systems and processes which compare favourably with those of many larger contractors.

Embracing best practice and continuous improvement are fundamental to our delivery of construction solutions which continually exceed our customers’ expectations.

Since joining the Construction Best Practice Programme in 2001, we have implemented best practice across our entire organisation – and we continue to improve and innovate.

Delivering construction excellence

We work closely with Constructing Excellence and with other national bodies such as WRAP (the Waste and Resources Action Programme). Our contribution to the delivery of industry best practice has been recognised by a Construction Best Practice Award from Constructing Excellence.

We are always open to change, flexible in our approach and ready to share knowledge and experiences. It’s these characteristics which set us apart and we’re recognised for.
