Our People

Diverse Opportunities…Exceptional People…One Goal…Prompt and Faultless Delivery

Could you be part of the Beard Team?

Not everyone who works for Beard is actually involved in the construction process; but they are vital to our business, its growth and success.  As a business we recognise and reward effort and we encourage individual career aspirations, personal development and internal progression; there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people grow in confidence and skills

Talented People

We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for our talented and dedicated people. It’s their hard work, commitment to our customers and passion for what they do which drives our success. We’re proud of them, their achievements and the investment we make in their training and development. Making Beard a rewarding, satisfying and exciting place to work helps us attract and retain exceptional people who deliver exceptional customer service.

Trainees

Our office staff stayed in the building whilst  the works were on going, which was at times noisy and stressful for all concerned, Andy Wyatt, Site Manager for Beard was very sympathetic to our needs.  Andy ensured that health and safety was paramount at all times and went beyond the call of duty allowing us to visit the site to show how the works were progressing at various stages.  During the Christmas period, Andy visited site on many occasions due to the severe bad weather which caused flooding issues in the hall.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Beard for future work and cannot speak highly enough of Andy Wyatt who carried out his duties in a highly efficient and professional manner”
