Andrew Jenner joins Beard board

Andrew Jenner, formerly a non-executive director of national construction and housebuilding group Galliford Try and chief financial officer of public services provider Serco Group plc, has joined the board of directors of E W Beard Ltd and EW Beard (Holdings) Ltd as a non-executive director.

Andrew takes over from Chad Murrin who leaves the Beard board in March after 10 years of service. Chad will remain a director of EW Beard (Holdings) Ltd.

Andrew brings over 25 years of finance, governance and leadership experience in the housing, construction and business services sector where he has held a number of board and senior business roles. Most recently he was chief financial officer and co-founder of Global Office Group a start up in the serviced office and co-working sector. Prior to Serco, he worked for international consumer goods company Unilever and global accountancy firm Deloitte & Touche LLP.
