Langford Lodge Acquired in Bristol

We have acquired Langford Lodge at 109 Pembroke Road, Clifton, in central Bristol from Merrifield Holdings Ltd for £1.47 million. Property consultancy Carter Jonas acted on our behalf in the acquisition of the building.
Langford Lodge, which was previously occupied by international management and construction consultants Gleeds, is a high quality period office building comprising two self-contained office spaces, totalling approximately 5,882 sq ft with 18 onsite car parking spaces. Situated within walking distance of Whiteladies Road, Clifton, it is in one of Bristol’s most prestigious office locations offering ease of access to Bristol city centre and the M4/M5 motorway network. There are two years remaining on an existing commercial lease at the property which will mean that our Bristol team will be based in nearby offices until the property becomes available.
