Managing estimator Lee Flashman shared a forward-thinking view on work winning and pipeline opportunities, and Dave Fisher led a group session, before questions from the floor in an informative Q&A, capturing valuable feedback from our partners.
Construction manager Adrian Cook shared details of our approach to health and safety, championing best practice, and quality manager Paul Wills highlighted our commitment to high safety standards and faultless delivery through the #GIRI (get it right initiative).
Paula Baleson and Rachel Bird from our social value team thanked suppliers for playing their part in delivering exceptional community impact.
We were also pleased to welcome Ross Noakes, construction curriculum manager at Abingdon and Witney College, who spoke about his team’s work and Beard’s ongoing engagement with the college.
Many thanks to all who joined us for the event and to our wider supply chain network in Oxford for your continued hard work.
