Since 2010, we have more than tripled our turnover thanks to our reputation based on prompt and faultless delivery and excellent customer relationships. But the sustainability of our growth is more important than its speed. It provides stability for our people, contractors and suppliers. And it provides value for our customers. Our reputation for smooth project delivery is built on treating suppliers and contractors fairly.

In March 2026 we published our full-year accounts for year ending 31 December 2025. They show turnover rising by 16% to £230m, achieving profits of £9m.
Rather than accepting increased dividend payments, our shareholders decided to donate half of the year’s profit to Oxfordshire Community Foundation and Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation, to help improve the lives of thousands of people in our trading areas.
Our strong performance was underpinned by the completion of 62 projects from our offices in Bristol, Guildford, Oxford, Southampton and Swindon. We also saw enhanced success through frameworks and direct awards, as well as through improvements in efficiency and working collaboratively with customers who share our values.
