Our supply chain is an integral part of our business, and we're proud of the long standing relationships we've built. As a business the strength of our supply chain partnerships is key to maintaining our reputation for quality, safety, sustainability and excellence.
We aim to work collaboratively with every stakeholder to deliver our projects, to support safe and efficient sites, excellent quantity and productive relationships.
If you engage with contractors or subcontractors, you agree to make them aware of the code of conduct and ensure they meet the minimum standards set out here. If you do not have a policy of your own, you will be asked to agree to our policies. Further guidance can be found in some of our publicly available policies including, but not limited to, our Bribery & Corruption Policy, Modern Slavery, Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Policy. If you see anything that you believe does not uphold these standards in relation to business dealings with, or on behalf of, Beard then please let us know immediately. This code does not supersede more stringent provisions in any particular contract or policy.
