CHALLENGES
- On the Eastington site there were existing residents living in the bungalow. The residents remained living in their home throughout the works. To control any disruption and disturbances we placed our Site Manager, Simon Carter in close contact with the residents. Simon, who has excellent people skills, maintained close contact with the family to ensure they remained happy throughout the works.
- Stroud District Council were keen to develop the ecological specification of the buildings. We were able to change all the properties to a EPC rating by adjusting the design. All facilities include an air source heat pump, allowance for electric card cabling and heavily insulated EPC rating of A.
