We have been formally named on the Public Buildings Construction Infrastructure and Associated Works (PB4) Framework.
The four-year £750million framework, launched by London Housing Corporation Procurement Group (LHCPG), has been developed to support public sector organisations in building, refurbishing and maintaining their estates.
Following a rigorous assessment process, we were awarded placement across seven lots spanning regions the South East and South West of England.
Beard was first appointed to the framework in 2021 and has been reappointed for PB4 for the 2026-2030 period.
Strengthening our position, we have now been awarded positions on new value bands, enabling them to deliver projects in the £10m-£25m and £25m+ ranges. We have reserve placements in a further three lots.

Beard was awarded placement across 18 lots and regions, including:
Lot 01: New build from £0 to £1m – across five geographical areas including:
- Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
- Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex
- Hampshire and Isle of Wight;
- Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol
- Dorset and Somerset.
Lot 02: New build from £1million to £2.5million – across five geographical areas including:
- Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
- Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex;
- Hampshire and Isle of Wight;
- Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol;
- Dorset and Somerset.
Lot 03: Refurbishment only up to £1mi in two areas including:
- Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol;
- and Dorset and Somerset.
Lot 04: Refurbishment only from £1m to £2.5m in two areas including:
- Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol;
- Dorset and Somerset.
Lot 07: New build, refurbishment and associated services £2.5m to £10m in South West England.
Lot 08: New build, refurbishment and associated services £10m to £25m in South West England.
Lot 09: New build, refurbishment and associated services over £25m in South West and South East England.
