Live Operational Business
The safety of staff and maintaining business as usual was priority. Works were delivered away from staff with a secure separate entrance put in place for access and deliveries. Works were completed on time and handover achieved to meet the client’s expectations and request.
Flooring Repair
A unique remodelling and refurbishment project for Multivac Ltd, a manufacturer of machines and lines designed and built for processing, slicing, labelling, inspection, and packaging. The largest part of the works included floor improvements; the floor was feathered to smooth out any differences.
The existing acco and stainless-steel drainage channels were removed as was the pre-existing concrete. New philcore installation, 2 layers of reinforced steel mess and new concrete slabs were fitted across the flooring area with the installation of 2 new acco steel channels to wash off equipment. The final repair works included a resin screed and new paint works to the floor.
New kitchen, mock supermarket, and meeting rooms
As part of the customer experience, the end of the warehouse required remodelling to create a new presentation space for clients, this included a new meeting room, kitchen, and mock supermarket.
The works required the removal of all glazing from of existing meeting room with some being reused in the new structure, new double doors, extension of the bulk heads, stud partitioning, acue panels, tiling, wood cladding and a new kitchen with vinyl flooring. The new mock supermarket included new walls, ventilation, fridge, tiling, and display shelves. A cold room was constructed close to the machinery which will be used for the wrapping of the final product delivered through a hatch to the customer.
