Procured through the Crown Commercial framework, we have secured a place on the DWP framework to deliver refurbishment, minor works, capex projects and life cycle works up to a value of £3m, throughout the south of England.

DWP has around 90,000 full time equivalent colleagues located in nearly 950 buildings from Lerwick in the north of Scotland to Penzance in Cornwall.

The DWP is the UK’s biggest public service department, it administers the state pension and a range of working age, disability, and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers.

The DWP portfolio is geographically dispersed due to the high street nature of the Jobcentre Plus and Health Assessment Centre portfolio, requiring local presence to serve its customers.
