THE PROJECT
Demolition of an existing farm building to facilitate the construction of a new seven unit commercial building with partial CAT A fit out. The construction consisted of a steel frame with mezzanine floors, insulated roof and wall cladding with large elements of curtain walling. Each unit included a partial fit out to allow end user fit out/flexibility along with allocated parking.
